Kerby Johnson, BS, LP | Clinical Quality Research Coordinator | Office of the Medical Director and MAEMSA

Kerby Johnson is the Clinical Quality Research Coordinator for the Office of the Medical Director and the Metropolitan Area EMS Authority (MAEMSA) in Fort Worth, Texas. A paramedic with over 12 years of experience in EMS, Kerby has been instrumental in developing the current Clinical Quality Improvement program at MAEMSA and its fifteen participating municipalities and first-responder organizations. Her special interest is in using quantitative analytic tools to evaluate individual and system clinical performance data while performing research and improving clinical care and patient outcomes using the Model for Improvement.
