Webinar Description

Clive Fire Department has taken a proactive approach to mental health within the department and implemented a program to care for its personnel. With the addition of a Proactive Annual Check-In, each firefighter in the department is "required" to attend a 60-minute mental health check annually with a mental health professional. This is a must program for every fire/EMS organization, if not EVERY organization (and it could be free)! Join Assistant Chief and Fire Marshal Clayton Garcia as he shares details about the program and the benefits they've experienced.
