Event Description

Join Morgan K. Anderson as she dissects the results from a multi-year, ongoing study utilizing data from more than 6,000 respondents utilizing the CrewCare mobile app, a free and anonymous mental health self-assessment application for first responders and healthcare professionals. This session includes insights on the results from the just released Health of Our Emergency Responders During the COVID-19 Pandemic report (July 2021). Morgan will dive into the results to understand what factors are associated with higher levels of stress compared to those with lower levels of stress. Some of the highlights focus on stress associated with COVID-19, relationships between stress, burnout, PTSD, coworker support and agency involvement.
