Webinar recorded on August 17, 2023

Webinar Description

In this webinar, we discuss the neurochemical response in our brain that causes panic and the simple mindfulness steps that can delay this "panic response" in a time of crisis. Based on two decades of experience in Public Safety, the class provides an informative, interactive, and memorable opportunity that will help you make the right choice during an emergency. It will also give you access to timely and accurate information in a crisis that is critical to your family's safety.

This webinar is an introduction to scalable one- to four-hour learning opportunity offering answers to many questions about safety being asked today. At the end of the class, all participants will receive a QR code with a full set of free public information sites/apps.
