With over 30 years of health care experience, currently the Clinical Nurse Consultant for the Trauma Registry at the Gold Coast University Hospital in Australia. Ben has presented at many local, national and international conferences and recently presented at the World Trauma Congress about Geocoding a Trauma Registry. Additionally, he is a Senior Lecturer at Griffith University, a Member of the National Trauma Research Institute, along with being committee member for a number of state and national trauma committees. A very early riser (helpful for the time difference), a single dad to a tween girl and studying for his PhD, he is currently striving get healthier and to run a part-marathon.
