Key Features
Public Portal
Applicants can use the ImageTrend LMS public portal to apply for any license their organization manages and fully submit forms online. Applicants can then be notified and supply any supporting documents as the administrators approve the applications through the licensing process. The public portal has a responsive layout on desktop or hand held devices, which makes it easy for the public to verify credentials and application statuses.
Online Payment
Your organization can start collecting application fees online with our turn-key solution. Through the implementation phase, our coordinators can help guide the setup of flat or conditional application fees per license type based on your regulatory policies. Application payments can be calculated upon form submission and processed through your selected payment gateway. ImageTrend LMS offers integrations with the below common payment providers:

Automated Correspondence
Automated correspondence can be configured with any step in the application process. You can also compose or merge various templates using the system fields to broadcast emails to all your applicants. 30/60/90 days email reminder can be set up to remind your applicant to renew or let them know when key steps are completed.
Reporting
The system includes a sophisticated Report Writer that allows for the creation of standard reports that can be accessed by all staff or selected users. With an easy-to-use interface, the Report Writer also allows for the creation of ad-hoc reports to satisfy individual user’s needs. Among the capabilities of the Report Writer are:
- Selection of fields and ordering of fields to include on the report
- Summary information to include in the report
- Sort order of the report data
- Selection criteria for records to include in the report
- Ability to schedule reports to auto-generate and transmit to selected recipients
- Ability to export the report information to a .CSV, .DOC, HTML and .PDF formatted file
