Troy Lachinski  |  Product Manager, ImageTrend Elite

Troy Lachinski has over 24 years of software product management experience. He has also been a paid-on-call member of the East Bethel MN fire department since 2005. Troy’s current role at ImageTrend is the Product Manager for Elite where he ensures the viability, relevancy, and competitiveness of Elite. Troy serves as the Elite product features and benefits subject matter expert while also helping to prioritize the strategic direction of the product.

Kelly Clarke  |  Assistant Product Manager, ImageTrend Elite

Kelly Clarke joined ImageTrend in 2014 and has over a decade of experience working with healthcare software. Kelly’s expertise lies in product management, customer service, and technical support. Kelly is proficient collaborating with software development teams to prioritize projects and recommend product improvements approved by the Elite Product Manager.

Rachel Renneisen  |  Learning & Development Manager, ImageTrend

Rachael joined the ImageTrend team in May 2019 with experience in adult education in an online and virtual learning environment. Rachael earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University and her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Grantham University. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, running, cross-country skiing, biking, and visiting local wineries and breweries.

Gabe Shults  |  Product Sales Executive, ImageTrend

Gabe has spent over a decade working in many facets of Emergency Medicine including: EMT, Paramedic, Educator, Preceptor, and Clinical Director. During that time, he had the privilege to work with different groups of amazing people – all of whom he said had an impact and played a role in his development, both professionally and personally. Gabe has led Disaster Medical Support Units, fostered the education of dedicated new public servants, and was fortunate to impact the lives of thousands of patients throughout his tenure. He now brings all of his passion and experience to ImageTrend. While he is no longer working directly with patients, he aims to help ease the burdens placed on EMS and fire crews by providing quality solutions for documentation and daily workflows.

Brian Eckhart  |  Product Sales Executive, ImageTrend

Master Sergeant Eckhart retired out of Wright-Patterson AFB in 2015 after Serving as an Operations Flight Superintendent and In-Flight Medical Technician Instructor. During his tenure, MSgt Eckhart also served as a Program Evaluator with the Air Force Reserve Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Development Program, providing leadership initiatives to active duty and reserve airmen at bases across CONUS and USAFE.

In his civilian capacity, MSgt Eckhart served his community as a Firefighter/EMT-I for 30 years, spending his final 22 years with Bowling Green Fire Department in Bowling Green, OH. Retiring in 2021 MSgt Eckhart joined the ImageTrend team where he continues his serve by using his experience in fire, EMS and military service by sharing data solutions in the those domains nationwide.
