Zach Vanek, Product Sales Manager
Zach joined ImageTrend in 2011 as an Application Support Specialist. He has since transitioned to Implementation Coordinator and into his current role as an Account Executive for HireTouch. Zach focuses his attention on ensuring prospective clients receive the solution best suited for their needs, while working closely with current clients to guarantee they fully understand the product, and that their expectations are continually being exceeded. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, cooking, painting and recreational sports.
Laura Schirer, Implementation & Support Manager
Laura has a wide range of experiences from leading implementations of new clients, maintaining client relationships, developing processes, recruiting, and building leadership teams. As a successful implementer and product owner, Laura understands the importance of the client relationship by building rapport and respect. She is directly involved in all HireTouch client implementations, managing the team’s projects, and HireTouch support, continually working towards evolving the product and user experience.
Lili Hansen, Implementation Coordinator
Lili is a highly organized leader who has proven to implement various projects that align with strategic business needs. She is a result orientated individual who is personable and collaborative with clients. Lili earned her PHR certification in August of 2012. She has a background in streamlining processes and creating efficiencies in various industries. She also has experience in recruitment, retention and succession planning. Lili focuses on onboarding projects and enjoys making a positive impact on the HireTouch team.
