Webinar Description

Some business processes seem to work well enough or perhaps a big change might seem overwhelming. Moving from paper records or a spreadsheet system to an electronic automation system to manage license issuance and renewals is one example. However, the rewards in terms of reduced administrative burden and improved licensee experience make it well worth it. As an example: within about 4 months, Fabian’s agency went from 60-90 days to get a license, to less than 4 hours. It was a huge change for the organization. In this webinar, Fabian details converting the process to digital, overcoming resistance to change and leveraging automation for a high-performance credentialing system.
