If you are an EMS site owner/administrator, here are two options for retrieving the data archives:

Vault™ – includes data migration, storage and access to records through Vault. Includes a data set in Report Writer available within your Elite site to report on your NEMSIS v2 EMS data as well as the option to export PDF files for each record. Your ImageTrend Account Executive or Sales Coordinator can assist you with setting up Vault at a minimal cost.

Explore Vault

PDF format – ImageTrend can generate PDFs of your incidents and securely supply those to you. You will want to figure out a way to securely store and catalog/organize the PDFs. There is a minimal service charge for export to PDF format. Please contact your ImageTrend Account Executive or Sales Coordinator to get started.

NEMSIS v2 report data from XML imports. When importing from an ImageTrend system, custom fields and associated attachments are also stored.

Includes secure online access using two-factor authentication, with full audited access logging with a time/date stamp.
