“It’s been refreshing to change from a previous vendor to something that is innovative… they [ImageTrend] take your feedback, they’re willing to make it better. I mean that’s awesome. Then the fact that you can access it on any device. The fact that you can automate the reports. You can customize it – that’s why you go with this product. It works. It’s the standard. It’s the gold standard…for fire based agencies.”

Clinical and Research Services

To enhance their data analysis solutions, ImageTrend established a Clinical and Research Services Team to better serve customers and the public health, public safety and first responder industries. Not only does this team provide insight into ImageTrend products, but also bridges the gap between data collection and a need for industry wide research.

Morgan K. Anderson, Epidemiologist

Morgan joined the ImageTrend team in January 2017. She graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2011 with a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in epidemiology. Prior to coming to ImageTrend, Morgan spent 5 years with the Army Public Health Center as an Injury Prevention Epidemiologist. In addition to working with clients, she plays a key role in refining ImageTrend’s Active Data Monitoring™, further expanding the monitors and topical content available for Continuum®, and publishing findings for scientific advancement.

Her most recent work includes developing the content, managing the data collected and publishing the research for CrewCare, a mental health awareness mobile app for first responders. Morgan has research published in American Journal of Preventative Medicine, The American Journal of Sports Medicine, Public Health, Military Medicine, and others.
