Watch as Houston FD shares their experience of migrating a large department to a new system.

About ImageTrend Elite

We understand the importance of a flexible and configurable platform for ease-of-use, efficiency, increased accuracy and interoperability.

Elite EMS is a full-featured ePCR system built from the ground up, to work on any device.

This video demonstrates key features, including how Repeat Patient works.

Elite’s Fire solution is NFIRS 5.0 Compliant, making Elite truly a single solution platform.

Elite Field™

Elite Field is just that – Elite, in the field. Using the highly flexible forms manager of Elite, departments can create forms best suited to your crew’s workflow. When internet is spotty or unavailable, Elite Field won’t slow you down. Records can be synched once internet connection is restored.

  • Allow users to complete the PCR on the mobile device chosen by the department (Apple, Android or Windows).
  • Sync process guarantees the latest configuration changes are brought down to the mobile device; this sync process occurs upon login every time the field device is utilized.
  • Repeat Patient lookup can be used with or without an internet connection depending on your department’s desired workflow.

Above are examples of Elite on different mobile devices.

Elite’s CQI module

Elite comes fully equipped with a Continued Quality Improvement (CQI) module designed to allow departments to build limitless review categories for incidents meeting category criteria to flow into and be reviewed by users assigned to their specific review bucket, and so much more.

Customer Quote

“It’s been refreshing to change from a previous vendor to something that is innovative… they [ImageTrend] take your feedback, they’re willing to make it better. I mean that’s awesome. Then the fact that you can access it on any device. The fact that you can automate the reports. You can customize it – that’s why you go with this product. It works. It’s the standard. It’s the gold standard…for fire based agencies.”
