ImageTrend Elite Field™

Elite Field is just that - Elite, in the field. Using the highly flexible forms manager of Elite, you can create forms best suited to your crew's workflow. When internet is spotty or unavailable, Elite Field won't slow you down. Records can be synched once internet connection is restored.

Not all EMS agencies collect data the same. Create your own forms to optimize your workflow using ImageTrend Elite’s Form Manager. Utilize drag-and-drop editing to choose the fields and order of display for rapid data entry. Use default answers to save documentation time in routine situations.
Centralized Data Collection Settings
Take in-depth control with centralized management of your fields, their value ranges, validation and mapping for import/export data exchange. The Data Manager lets you activate or inactivate values and change the labels for any choice that appears in a drop-down menu.
Live Support
Submit a support question 24/7 online with Support Desk. Support Desk provides a platform to quickly and easily ask a question without the need to call the support team. If any questions arise, the user is contacted via phone or email to ensure the process continues. There is also a toll-free support number to get in touch during business hours.

ImageTrend Elite comes with pre-built validation rules for NEMSIS compliant EMS incidents. Add more validation rules as needed to fit your extended data set or department’s operations needs – all configurable by your system administrator.

Elite Field Inspections

The Locations, Occupants and Inspections module of Elite Fire enable comprehensive fire inspections at the state, county, municipal and local levels. With Elite Field Inspections, an inspection or re-inspection can be done without an internet connection and then synced with the system later, making it a truly mobile solution that can go anywhere.

Annual Connect Users Conference

Our annual ImageTrend Connect Conference, held in July each year, brings together clients from across the country to network, share knowledge, socialize and learn!

ImageTrend University

ImageTrend University provides a library of resources to all clients with support agreements, including educational videos, manuals, quick guides and help documents for all ImageTrend products. The resources have been very userful as both refresher and initial education materials.
