Kelly Clarke (Moderator)  |  Associate Product Manager  |  ImageTrend

Kelly Clarke is an accomplished Associate Product Manager with over a decade of experience in the healthcare software industry. Kelly is an expert in providing technical assistance to State Data Managers in transitioning to the NEMSIS v3.5 data collection standard and ensuring compliance with national regulatory databases. Kelly’s exceptional talent also includes monitoring market trends to recommend product improvements and collaborating with software development teams to prioritize critical projects. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors on bike rides, indulging in a good book, and traveling to new destinations.

Anne Vossbrink (Panelist) | EMS Data Administrator | Arizona Department of Health Services

Anne Vossbrink, MS, is the EMS Data Manager at the Arizona Department of Health Services – a position she has held since 2012. She has 21 years of public health experience, 18 of which involve management of public health databases including registries specific to EMS, Trauma, and Infectious Disease. She holds a Master of Science in Microbiology, specializing in molecular virology, and a graduate certificate in Epidemiology, both from Arizona State University. Anne participates in a variety of statewide and national committees and workgroups involving EMS data exchange and analysis. She is listed as a co-author on multiple papers featured in peer reviewed journals related to prehospital care, public health, and emergency medicine.

Vossbrink lives in Scottsdale, Ariz. with her husband, two teenage children, and three dogs. She grew up in Rochester, Minn. before relocating to Arizona in high school. Favorite aspects of her job include being involved in solving issues, improving functionality and solving puzzles. Anne enjoys interacting with EMS agencies and helping to improve and clarify the data process for users and stakeholders; and examining all the connections and relationships the EMS data has over multiple systems and uses.

N. Clay Mann (Panelist) | Principal Investigator | National EMS Information System Technical Assistance Center (NEMSIS TAC)

N. Clay Mann received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas in Preventive Medicine and Master’s Degrees from the University of Utah focused on Statistics/Epidemiology and Business Administration. He has published 170+ peer-reviewed articles dealing with traumatic injuries to children, trauma system evaluation, cardiac and trauma resuscitation and the role of emergency medical services in health care. Dr. Mann has special expertise in nonparametric statistics and small sample analysis. He has published methodological papers dealing with the specification of risk adjusted log odds using injury data, improving diagnostic accuracy by pooling test findings and design issues associated with multi-site community trials with continual data collection.

Dr. Mann has served as principal investigator or co-investigator on 71 federal, state, foundation or industry grants. He has conducted several randomized, controlled community trials dealing with cardiac resuscitation, acute coronary disease education and paramedic training.

Dr. Mann currently serves as the Principal Investigator for the National EMS Information System Technical Assistance Center.
